Sustainable Development Goals Integration
The Company is considering materiality topics and their alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) defined by the United Nations
The following are the 9 SDGs aligned with the organization’s sustainable development objectives:
SDG 5 (Gender Equality), SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure), SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities), SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities), SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production), SDG 13 (Climate Action), SDG 16 (Peace Justice and Strong Institution) and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals)


The Company set both long-term and short-term corporate sustainable management goals in line with significant sustainability issues, reviewed and integrated such issues with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals : SDGs, summarized as follows:
The Environment
Society
- Zero accident = 100%
- Lost time injury frequency rate (LTIFR) and Lost time serious injury rate (LTISR) of employees, contractors/ business partners working on company premises = 0
- Engagement with 3 main communities near Samui Airport, Trat Airport and Sukhothai Airport (within 20 km from each airport)
- Hiring disabled persons living in the community. Support and develop quality of life of the disabled = 100%
- No complaints about violation of economic, social and environmental law from operation of business.
Corporate governance and economy
- Maintain SG Score set by Thai Institute of Directors at “Very Good” level.
- 80% of employees past the test on “Anti-corruption and corporate Ethics”, each year.
- No violation of corporate ethics.
- On-time performance of flight, more than 80% (under controlled situation)
- Standards e.g. IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA); Quality Standard ISO90001:2015, continusously certified.
- Delivery of good quality products that are reliable and safe, delivered by employees with sincerity in a professional manner.
- Produce Sustainable Procurement Policy and Supplier Code of Conduct
- Key suppliers received risk assessment of sustainability
- Customer satisfaction is more than 90% of all respondents
- Arranged Innovation training courses to enhance the knowledge and understanding of company employees
- Developed innovation in performance of work to provide convenience to customers
