The board formulated Whistleblowing Policy by creating a channel for reporting clues and receiving complaints on violation of the law or non -conformance with the rules, regulations, and ethics of all levels of individuals in the organization,with procedures for check and corrective actions which are clear, non-bias and transparent and also measure for the protection of the whistleblower.
