Identification process of the Company’s significant sustainable issues.
The Company set significant issues on sustainability in 2023 with reference to Office of the President Announcement No. 6/2022, dated 1 June 2022 on Corporate Sustainability Policy, to be reviewed once every year, by reviewing significant sustainable issues in 2022 jointly with issues that are important to aviation industry group covering the environment, society, economy and governance. The Company also studied and gained understanding of the organization context with consideration of internal data such as direction of the organization, value chain and organization risks and external data such as direction of sustainability and related criteria (refer to data from SET), need and expectation of stakeholders.
Significant sustainable issues were then arranged in priority order, summarized and presented to Chairman of Corporate Sustainability Management Committee for approval.
During the year, a progress report on implementation of corporate sustainability has been made to Board of Directors meeting each month and to Corporate Governance Committee meeting twice on 27 July 2023 and 21 December 2023.
