Bangkok Airways announces ticket handling policy as a result of current COVID-19 outbreak
Passengers holding Bangkok Airways' tickets issued on or before 30 April 2020 with traveling date between 28 January – 30 April 2020 may request to amend their travel plans or cancel flights with following fee waiver options;
- Rebook
- Passengers are allowed to rebook for a new travelling date up to 31 March 2021 without rebooking fee/no show fee. Fare difference due to different RBD (reservation booking designator) is payable upon reissuance.
- For group tickets, passengers are allowed to rebook in the same PNR (passenger name record) for a new travelling date up to 31 March 2021 without rebooking fee. Fare difference due to different RBD is payable upon reissuance.
- Reroute
- Passengers are allowed to reroute for a new travelling date up to 31 March 2021 without rerouting fee. The fare difference, fuel surcharges and taxes are payable on reissuing of new tickets.
- Refund
- All refund applications will be eligible for a full refund (no fee).
Passengers holding Bangkok Airways' tickets issued on 1 May 2020 onwards, normal ticketing policy will apply. The fees for reservation changes, rerouting, refunds and no show will be collected in accordance with the fare rules as stated upon ticket purchase.
