Bangkok Airways announces temporary flight reductions and route suspensions

Bangkok / 19 March 2020 (Today) – Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited announces additional temporary flight frequency reductions and flight suspensions in response to a weak travel demand due to the Novel Coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak. This announcement follows the first flight suspension plan posted on 6 March 2020.
Temporary flight frequency reductions are as follow;
- Flight between Bangkok - Luang Prabang (PG945 and PG946)
Start from 29 March - 24 October 2020 - Flight between Bangkok - Maldives (PG711 and PG712)
Start from 29 March - 24 October 2020
Flight to be cancelled only on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday - Flight between Bangkok - Phuket (PG287 and PG280)
Start from 29 March - 30 April 2020 - Flight Bangkok - Chiang Mai (PG217)
Chiang Mai - Phuket (PG248)
Phuket - Bangkok (PG284)
Start from 1 May - 24 October 2020 - Flight between Samui - Phuket (PG251 and PG252)
Start from 29 March - 30 April 2020 and 1 July - 31 August 2020 - Flight between Bangkok - Krabi (PG263 and PG264)
Start from 21 - 30 April 2020 - Flight Bangkok - Chiang Mai (PG229)

Passengers affected from temporary flight reductions and route suspensions may rebook their tickets or request a full refund.
For passengers who booked their tickets directly through Bangkok Airways may contact the airline's call center 1771 or +66 2270 6699 or ticketing offices nationwide and overseas. Passengers who booked their tickets through travel agencies are advised to directly contact their agents for further arrangements.
