Message from Chief Executive Officer
2025 is an outstanding year for recovery of tourism and aviation industries in Southeast Asia region due to economic recovery and continuous increase of demand for travel. This region continues to be the key destination for tourists all around the world based on culture, natural resources and continual improvement of transportation structures. At the same the trend of sustainable tourism has become increasingly important in shaping consumer travel behavior worldwide.

All through the year the Company focused on strengthening the main route network, adjusted flight schedules and flight frequency in line with passenger demand, upgraded service quality at all touch points, moved forward driving operations towards sustainable goal to achieve Net Zero Carbon Emission by 2025, in compliance with International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) direction.
Regarding flight operation, the Company continued to place safety standard as its top priority, to operate with transparency and to take care of the environment through scheduled checks and maintenance of aircraft and systematic flight planning in order to enhance fuel efficiency, reduce consumption of energy and remission of greenhouse gas on continuous basis.
The Company’s subsidiaries e.g. Bangkok Air Catering (BAC) and Bangkok Flight Services (BFS) continued to have important role to support main operation both to produce in-flight meals according to international standard and to provide ground handling and international cargo services at Suvarnabhumi Airport, to enable the Company to operate comprehensively, efficiently and in consistent with international safety and quality standards.
The Company success story this year includes Skytrax World Airline Award 2025 as World Best Regional Airline and Best Regional Airline in Asia for ninth consecutive years, reflecting the commitment by all team members to deliver exceptional services, together with other awards such as 5-star Sustainability from Tourism Authority of Thailand, Climate Action Leader from AFMA and Sustainism confirming its commitment to operate business in compliance with ESG principles covering Environment, Social and Governance.
