Dividend Policy
The Company has a policy to pay dividends at a rate of not less than 50% of its separate net profit, net of statutory reserve as required by law.
The Company’s dividend payment policy may change based on annual business expansion plans and funding needs, as deemed appropriate by the Board of Directors and subject to shareholders’ approval. Interim dividends may be approved by the Board when sufficient net profit is available.
